DODSON, Stanley John

On Saturday last Stanley Dodson aged about 15, son of Mr and Mrs. W. Dodson

of Yearinga passed away to his long home.  

Some seven months ago he contracted a severe cold which he could not shake

off and it gradually obtained such a hold that the doctors who attended him could

not do anything for him but it was not until Saturday that the end came.

The funeral took place on Monday when a large number of vehicles and horsemen followed the remains to the Yarrock cemetery. The Rev. McKay conducted the

service at the grave and the hymn "Shall we gather at the river " was sung by those assembled. Messrs Haycroft and Smith carried out the funeral arrangements
